Payments:

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover credit cards. This includes Government IMPAC cards.

Purchase order terms for Corporate and Educational Institution and Government orders are net 30 days pending credit approval.

Minimum Order:

There is a no minimum order total

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at (866) 451-2257. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation and we will assist you. Return shipping, handling and/or restock fees may be assessed if order shipped before notice of cancellation was given.

Shipping Information:

UPS Next Day Air Early: Next business day delivery available as early as 8:00 A.M. to most major cities or by 9:30 A.M. to most other cities. To locations in the 48 contiguous United States.

UPS Next Day Air: To locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by as early as 10:30 A.M.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery by 3:00 P.M. or 4:30 P.M. to most commercial destinations, by end of day for residential locations. To locations in the 48 contiguous United States.

Day Air AM: Delivery by 10:30 A.M. or 12:00 P.M. of the second business day to most commercial destinations in the U.S. To locations in the 48 contiguous United States.

Day Air: To locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by as early as 10:30 A.M. on the second business day.

UPS 3 Day Select: To locations in the 48 contiguous United States. By end of day on the third business day.

UPS Ground: Day-definite delivery in one to five days. 1-2 day shipping for locations in the Southwest. 3+ days for locations in the Northwest, Northeast and Southeast.

FedEx First Overnight: First thing the Next-Business-Day Morning. Delivered throughout all the Continental United States* by 8, 8:30, 9 or 10 a.m., depending on destination ZIP code. Delivery is available to Alaska depending on destination ZIP code by 9 a.m. Not available to Hawaii.
*Continental United States = 48 United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-Business-Day Morning. Delivered throughout all the Continental United States by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Delivery to many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.

FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-Business-Day Afternoon. Delivered throughout all the Continental United States by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Available from Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.

FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days. Delivered throughout all the Continental United States by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take 3 business days.

FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days. Delivered throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days.

FedEx Ground: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States within 1-7 business days.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured.

Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within 10 days of the shipment receipt date. After 10 days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item’s manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., may be subject to a repair charge.

Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return within 10 days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manuals, accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there Is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. The manufacturer may require a restocking fee on a case by case basis. Special orders are non-refundable.

Refunds

Credit will be issued only to the credit card originally used to purchase the item. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipping the product back to us. Products cannot be refunded after 30 days of purchase.
